Booking: A provisional booking will be held for 7 working days so that the necessary documentation can be processed. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a completed booking form and a security deposit of £75.

Deposit: Normally the security deposit will be refunded within a week of departure, but deductions will be made in the event of cancellation, breakages, extra cleaning and excess use of electricity.

Arrival and Departure: Holiday lets normally run from Saturday to the following Saturday. Entry can be expected from 4 pm on the day of arrival. The property must be vacated by 10.30 am on the day of departure.

Tenancy: Each cottage sleeps 6 people. Occupancy is strictly on the basis of a holiday let for the period of time stipulated on the booking form. The person signing the booking form must be over 18 years old.

Pets and Smoking: No pets permitted and we have a no a smoking policy.

Payment: This can be made either by cheque or credit card. We accept Visa, Matercard, Delta or Switch.
